Daffodil Snapped
Remember I mentioned that daffodil in my garden back in this post – well here is said flower.
I just did the update to Camera+ version 3 and I wanted to give it a little bit of a trial run. It’s not to bad. It’s a little sticky here and there, but I am guessing that could be down to the lack of memory in a 3GS. Hopefully once I get to upgrade (soon my pretties… soon) I’ll notice a lot smoother UI. I also played around in Snapseed with this one.. just to add a little drama and burring.

Trolly Line
I couldn’t decide which of these two to use for today’s post, so I am using both of them.
I am not sure what people must have made of a weird guy taking pictures of Shopping carts, but there was something about the way they lined up and the perspective looking down the aisle. I think each image, even though they were taken 90 seconds apart, show a totally different tale.

On one of my sojourns out and about I tried the Simply B&W app from MrBWare.com. I touched it up using the in app settings and added a little Grunge effect in PhotoToaster.
The Park
Twenty Six
I have seen some very cool shots taken with the app 6×6. So I took the plunge and grabbed it. It’s a really simple app to use and it didn’t take a computer degree to get it up and running.
After taking a few shots using 6×6 I came back and opened up my favourite one in PhotoToaster. I had played around with PhotoToaster on a sample image a few nights ago and thought I would give it a bash on this shot and see what I could make of it. PhotoToaster is a little more involved and will take a few more plays to get to grips with, but for this shot I just did something basic.
Hotel Chocolat
In some of the posher hotels they put a little Chocolate on your pillow… Sounds like a good deal to me.

Sanity Tin
This little tin is never more that 20 feet away from me at any one time.. (except when I am in bed.. then it’s more like 150ft.)
I am attached to this tin as it offers untold amounts of sanity when all around are losing theirs.
This was taken with Plastic Bullet and resized and a boarder added in Photoshop.
Peace Stone
On my trip to Canterbury last week we took a short cut through a park. I saw this interesting slab. I took a few pictures and promptly forgot about them. As I was going through the images I had taken to find today’s image this popped up and I started to play with the ColorSplash. I have had ColorSplash for quite some time but haven’t really played with it, it is very easy to use and is quite basic but powerful at the same time.
